Analysis and explanation of the effective factors on empowering employees of social security treatment

This research entitled ” analysis and explanation of effective factors on empowering employees of social security treatment of golestan provinc in 1388 has been done With the purpose of recognizing , finding the cause and prioritizing effective factors on empowerment of employees and to provide a scientific framework for safeguarding human resources and increasing utilization.subjects of this research in include all employees of the treatment section of social security of golestan province from official to experimental and contractual type of employment, that were 950 people . kokran formula has been used to estimate the size of the sample and it has been 250 people .
This research is descriptive from the point of view of purpose and application nature , method of gathering data , experimenting hypotheses and conclusion . sampling has been done after sorting the subjects into cities in the from of simple random sampling and data has been gathere through . questionaives each including a number of closed questions based on the research variables , and their accuracy and credibility has been confirmed by the spss software. analysis of data in the part of descriptive statistics has been done using tables of abundance and percentage , circle and columnar graphs , histogram and central tendency indexes and in inferential statistics part it has been done using tables of central tendency indexes and variance graph and by pierson’s coefficient of correlation test. The nesults of this experiment have confirmed the hypothesis of meaning fulness of the relation between organizational variables and empowerment of employees. In conclusion according to the obtained results , three are as of promoting quantitative and qualitative level of teaching specialized skills to the employess , granting authority and attracting the personnels cooperation in organizational offairs and finally attracting employees’ communal,cooperation relatively have the most primacy in the empowerment of the investigated employees .
